But it was about time: On the occasion of today's start of the new Amazon series "Good Omens", there is now a German trailer for the fantasy series with David Tennant and Michael Sheen:

Angel Aziraphale (Michael Sheen) and demon Crowley (David Tennant) have been stationed on earth for half an eternity - more precisely, since people were banished from paradise. Your task: You should ensure that the balance in the world is maintained. And when they raise the young Warlock, who would later become the devil, that balance is shaken. Because their protégé was swapped shortly after birth, so that they have the wrong prince of hell on their cheek, while elsewhere in the world pure horror grows ...

For years Terry Pratchett and Neil Gaiman tried to film their satirical fantasy adventure "Good Omens: The Nice And Accurate Prophecies Of Agnes Nutter, Witch", without success. Only after Pratchett's death - he died in 2015 - fans of the original can now enjoy an adaptation that can be seen exclusively on Amazon as Prime Original. You can now decide for yourself whether the wait was worth it: "Good Omens" will be available from today, May 31, 2019 on Amazon Prime Video.

In the German trailer for the series, you get a little foretaste of the six-part fantasy comedy in which many top-class actors await you: In addition to Doctor Who actors David Tennant as Crowley and Martin Sheen (“Masters Of Sex ") As Aziraphale including Golden Globe winner Jon Hamm (" Mad Men ") and Oscar winner Frances McDormand (" Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri ").

We were allowed to see the first half of the miniseries in advance and found that it not only juxtaposes good and bad, but also brings light and shadow with it. What that means exactly and for whom "Good Omens" should ultimately be worthwhile, you can read here:
