We usually ship our products via Ecom / DHL Ecom / Bombino. They deliver the items in 11 to 23 days for the US and UK. For the rest of the world, it takes 2 to 4 weeks, depending on local customs.

Refunds or exchanges will not be issued until we have received the faulty item. If the items are opened, sealed, mishandled, physically damaged, or distorted in any form other than the original factory condition, the refund / exchange will be void.

All faulty items must be reported to us within 7 days from the date they were received.
