Kinesio Taping®

Kinesio® Tape is an elastic cotton tape that was developed by Kenzo Kase over 30 years ago. It does not contain any active ingredients, but works due to its elasticity, how it is put on and in connection with movement. It gently lifts the skin and at the same time the tissue is stimulated with movement, which is why the tissue pressure is reduced, adhesions can be loosened and lymphatic congestion can be brought to flow. The result is an improvement in metabolism. Kinesio taping® is used, among other things, for lymphatic congestion, bruises, injuries, for muscular and joint problems as well as to improve the feeling of movement or freedom of movement, reduce pain and treat scars. Tendon origin and sheath area, pain, recent injuries, inserted after operations.

Kinesio® Tape courses

I organize Original Kinesio® Tape courses according to Dr. Kenzo Kase.
Course dates and further information under "News".

The basic course KT1 / KT2 (basic course 1 and 2 are on a weekend - that is
2 days - carried out) contains the basic knowledge, i.e. the theoretical basic knowledge,
as well as the practical part in dealing with the tape.
You can only attend the advanced course - KT3 - in conjunction with the basic course. This deals exclusively with clinical pictures.

You can only call yourself a "Kinesio® Taper" with this original Kinesio Taping® training from KTAI!

1. Original Kinesio Taping® course

My first original Kinesio Taping® course (December 3rd / 4th) as an organizer was a huge success with 17 participants - including a doctor, physiotherapist and masseur. The course took place in the "Insel" (House of Youth) in Salzburg. Despite the strenuous course, everyone was highly motivated until the end and the atmosphere was very relaxed and good.

The speaker was Gudrun Collins from England, whose mother tongue is German. Ms. Collins, like all lecturers from the Kinesio Taping Association, must undergo instructor training every 3 years
at Dr. Remake Kenzo Kase to teach. This is the only way to guarantee quality assurance and ensure that the speakers are always up to date.

Instruction was given at a correspondingly high level and the course participants acknowledged with applause. The satisfaction of the students was also reflected in the great interest in
expressed the KT3.

I am very happy to have won Ms. Collins with all her routine for the first course and
I am looking forward to doing many more courses with her.
