Section 32 Administrative fines

(1) Anyone who
1.
contrary to Section 1, Paragraph 1, Clause 1, also in conjunction with Paragraph 2, Clause 1, does not have an ID card,
2.
contrary to Section 1, Paragraph 1, Clause 2, also in conjunction with Paragraph 2, Clause 1, fails to present an ID or fails to present it in time or does not allow a comparison with the photo or not in time,
3.
contrary to Section 9 (2) sentence 2, fails to submit an application named there or does not submit it in time
4.
contrary to Section 9, Paragraph 3, Clause 1, also in conjunction with Paragraph 6, Clause 2, fails to make a statement correctly,
5.
contrary to Section 18 (2) sentence 4, uses electronic proof of identity,
6.
in contravention of Section 20 (2) sentence 2, passes on a copy or
7.
contrary to Section 27 Paragraph 1 No. 3, 4 or No. 5, does not submit a notification or does not submit it in good time.
(2) An administrative offense is committed by anyone who willfully or negligently
1.
requests data without authorization in accordance with Section 21, Paragraph 1, Clause 1,
2.
contrary to Section 21 (2) sentence 2, also in conjunction with Section 21a sentence 2 or Section 21b (2) sentence 2, fails to make a statement correctly,
3.
contrary to Section 21 (3) sentence 3 or (5) sentence 1, in each case also in conjunction with Section 21a sentence 2 or Section 21b (2) sentence 2, uses an authorization or an authorization certificate,
4.
contrary to Section 21 (6), also in conjunction with Section 21a, sentence 2 or Section 21b, paragraph 2, sentence 2, fails to make a notification, does not make it correctly, completely or in time
5.
uses a function specified there without authorization under Section 21b (1).
(3) The administrative offense can be punished in the cases of paragraph 1 number 5 and paragraph 2 numbers 1, 2, 3 and 5 with a fine of up to thirty thousand euros and in the other cases with a fine of up to three thousand euros.
