In order to achieve this goal, we base our planning and decisions on a corporate policy that enables us to expand our market position and secure it in the long term, generate profits and thus preserve jobs.

With competent customer care, flexible reaction to customer requirements and monitoring and constant improvement of all processes, we lay the foundation for a business relationship based on partnership. In long-term cooperation we have proven our reliability and competence for quality.

We are committed to uncompromising quality. We achieve our goal of “zero defects” by including all necessary preventive measures by avoiding errors at an early stage.

We attach great importance to the continuous improvement of all processes, the analysis of potential risks and the definition and implementation of preventive measures. In order to ensure the quality of our company processes, we have committed ourselves to the consistent implementation of an integrated management system (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 45001, ISO 14001).

We are aware of the importance of the information systems that we operate, the data processed in these systems and the importance of the value of the goods and technologies used in our activity. In addition, we are aware of the obligation to protect the legitimate interests of the interested parties relevant to us and of all the people with whom we make contact and whose data we process in our information systems. For this reason, we have introduced an information security management system as part of the integrated management system in accordance with the requirements of the ISO / IEC 27001: 2013 and TISAX standards.

Economic success is necessary to be able to survive in the market in the long term. It is the basis for motivation and investment.

The skills and abilities of our employees are the fundamental building block of our success. Every employee knows the corresponding customer requirements and is aware of the influence of their activity on product quality. We promote and reward all ideas and measures that guarantee quality improvements, process optimization, occupational safety and environmental protection in a target-oriented manner.

Occupational, health and plant safety

The health of our employees is our greatest asset that needs to be protected. Together with our employees and their representatives, we therefore develop all the necessary preventive measures for safe workplaces on the basis of the hazard and risk assessment. In order to achieve a high level of efficiency, the employees and their representatives are also involved in the implementation of the measures to create and maintain safe workplaces.
We attach great importance to the strict fulfillment of the legal requirements and requirements of the relevant interested parties as well as the continuous improvement of the occupational health and safety management system.
The prevention of accidents and occupational diseases with the aim of improving the relevant company standards are the central aspects of the A&G policy. Servicing, maintenance and regular preventive testing of all facilities and production facilities are therefore an integral part of our corporate policy.

We prevent environmental pollution through the professional and sustainable use of materials and resources. We see it as our task to use raw materials and energy from the point of view of resource conservation.

We only work with those suppliers who, after testing, are suitable to support and support our goals in a spirit of partnership and without reservation.

We undertake to comply with existing occupational health and safety laws and regulations and environmental laws and regulations. We also adhere to the requirements of the EU-DSGV. Systems, products, emissions and disposal are monitored independently. What is recognized as necessary is tackled on its own initiative, even without legal obligation or official requirements.
