Do I need a customer account to order?
No, if you have a PayPal or Amazon account, you can easily complete your purchase with just a few clicks without entering any further data, without having to register with us.
Why should I set up a customer account?
With a customer account you can use the advantages of medimops.de:
- Detailed order history
- Administration of your addresses, details can be viewed and changed at any time
- Personal wish list or newsletter management
You have the option to have your customer account deleted at any time.
I can not log in
Did you pay with PayPal Express or Amazon Pay? Then we have not created an account for you. If you have created a regular customer account and have difficulties logging in, please reset your password. If the problem persists, please contact our customer service.
I've forgotten my password
Click on the "Forgot your password" link under "Login". Enter your email address and click the Request password button. It is important that you enter the email address you provided when you registered. You will then receive an email with which you can reset your password. If you do NOT receive an email with your access data within the next few minutes, please check: Have you already registered in our shop?
I want to change my email address
You can change your email address in your customer account:
- Log into your customer account as usual
- You can change your email address under Personal Settings
I would like to unsubscribe from the Wieder-da-Mail
Log into your customer account. Under My Account → My Notepad / Re-Da-Mail you can see the articles for which the service is activated. In addition to the articles, you can deactivate the email.privacy

Our article details are continuously supplemented and expanded. Given the large number of items we offer, it is not always possible to provide precise details, to take concrete photos or to make statements about the condition of the individual items. Should you have any questions about the condition, you can find information about it here. If the descriptions given are not sufficient for you, we are currently referring you to a search engine of your choice. Our customer service has no further information about the items.
Do you also ship to packing stations?
You are welcome to have your order delivered to a packing station. Deliveries with an age check (FSK18 / USK18) are excluded.
In order for a smooth delivery to be possible, we ask you to ensure that your packing station number and, most importantly, your post number or DHL customer number are correctly specified.
Payment by invoice is not possible in this case, as the delivery address differs from the billing address.
FSK / USK 18 items
We also offer FSK / USK 18 items. You must be of legal age to order an item. Separate delivery conditions apply to these items, please find out more here.
The return email is our service for you if we do not have the item you want in stock. As soon as your desired item is available again, you will conveniently receive an email from us. Order our back-there-e-mail very simply by clicking on the back-back-e-mail button next to your desired item. You can manage your Wieder-Da-Mail products under My Notepad.
For orders within Germany you can send us an invoice, direct debit, credit card, Sofort. (formerly Sofortüberweisung), PayPal or Amazon-Pay: If you do not have a bank account or delivery address within Germany, PayPal, credit card and Amazon Pay are possible payment methods. Please note: Not all payment methods may be available to you. Restrictions in the choice of payment methods may arise as a result of the credit check or for other reasons. A manual change by our customer service is not possible in these cases. Please choose another payment method.
- Right away. (formerly Sofortüberweisung)
- Payment and transfer are easily done through your online bank account. The payment is processed by your bank like a normal transfer order. Compared to the prepayment option, you have the advantage that we can process and ship your order immediately after completing the payment.
- Direct debit
- The order is paid for easily and conveniently by automatically collecting the invoice amount. Simply enter your IBAN, by entering your data you give your consent to the collection of the invoice amount. The amount will be collected after the order has been sent. Please note that payment by direct debit is only possible up to an amount of 50.00 euros per completed shopping cart.
- Credit card
- We accept MasterCard, Visa and American Express credit cards. During the ordering process, you will be asked to provide your credit card details - credit card number, check digit and credit card expiration date. The invoice amount will be debited on the next working day at the latest.
- If you pay via PayPal, you will be forwarded directly to PayPal and can log in with your user data and simply pay. Otherwise you can pay as a guest or open a PayPal account and then pay for the order. The payment is booked within a few minutes and the order is processed immediately.
- Amazon Pay
- If you pay with Amazon Pay, you will be redirected to Amazon Pay directly in the shopping cart, where you can conveniently pay with the payment methods stored in your Amazon account (e.g. credit card or direct debit). If you choose this payment option, the orders will not be listed in your medimops customer account. They can only be viewed at https://pay.amazon.com/de/.
- We offer you the invoice payment option in cooperation with Klarna. When paying by invoice, the amount is due 14 days after receipt of the order. To be able to use the invoice payment option, you must be of legal age, have a bank account in Germany or Austria and the billing and delivery addresses must be identical.
You will receive the payment information from our payment service provider Klarna within 24 - 48 hours after sending the order by email, there please also check your spam folder. Our Austrian customers receive the payment information within three days after the order has been dispatched.
- You can pay for your order with medimops vouchers that you receive as a gift, that you receive through a sale at momox or that you have bought yourself at medimops. These can be redeemed in the shopping cart.
Can I change the payment method afterwards?
You have selected PayPal, credit card or direct debit - as long as you have not sent the order, you can change the payment method. You will see the link "change" behind your originally selected payment method. If you click on it, you can correct the payment method. As soon as you have confirmed the terms and conditions and the order has been sent, it is no longer possible to change the payment option.
I paid with Amazon Pay and I can't see my order.
Orders that have been placed with the payment method "Amazon Payments" can unfortunately not be viewed directly in your Medimops customer account. You can find these orders at: https://pay.amazon.de/
We send the orders via DHL, Deutsche Post, Hermes or Pin AG.
How long does the delivery take?
Ordered items are handed over to our delivery service provider on the same or the next working day after your order, depending on the receipt of your order. No goods are delivered on Sundays and public holidays. Delivery within Germany usually takes around 1 to 4 working days.
How much is the shipping?
From an order value of 10 euros, delivery is free of charge within Germany. For orders under 10 euros, we charge 1 euros for shipping within Germany. Please see the Shipping Costs page for more details.
Can I pick up the goods myself?
We are an online trade and do not have a stationary shop. It is not possible to collect the order.
I want to cancel my order.
We will prepare your order for shipping immediately after receipt, so unfortunately it is not possible to cancel it.
You have the option of canceling your order immediately upon receipt.
And this is how it is done:
- Please fill out the declaration of cancellation - you will find it in your order confirmation, which you will receive by email.
- Please frank the shipment sufficiently at your own expense and send it back to us.
We will then reimburse you for the purchase price including the shipping costs.
I received an item that did not meet my expectations.
You have received an item that is defective, incorrect, damaged or does not correspond to the condition description given here - we are sorry. We are constantly improving the quality control of our products. Unfortunately, on rare occasions, we may have overlooked a defective item or inadvertently send you the wrong item. I want to return my order
You can return your order within fourteen days without giving a reason. Send the article with sufficient postage to the following address:

How do I get my invoice if I have paid with Klarna?
You will receive the payment information from our payment service provider Klarna within 24 - 48 hours of sending the order by email. Please also check your spam folder. Our Austrian customers receive the payment information within three days after the order has been dispatched.
You will receive the invoice for all other payment methods (PayPal, credit card, direct debit, Amazon Pay, Sofort.) By email after the goods have been dispatched.
