Your tasks
Processing of corporate and capital market law issues including corporate governance issues; Capital market law compliance
Participation in the preparation and follow-up as well as support for general meetings, supervisory board and executive board meetings
Corporate law advice and support for international subsidiaries in the emerging markets and in Asia as well as for foundations and participation in their management from a corporate law perspective
Participation in cross-functional international projects (in-house, M&A, venture capital)

your profile
Fully qualified lawyer (1st and 2nd state examination - f / m / d) with distinction
Career starters (f / m / d) with relevant knowledge and experience from studies and legal clerkship or initial work experience in a relevant position
Excellent written and spoken English, other foreign languages ​​desirable
Good understanding of economic relationships

Confident handling of MS Office applications
