Our Visiting hours are: Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.
By phone you can reach us Monday to Thursday from 7.30 a.m. to 3.30 p.m. and on Fridays from 7.30 a.m. to 1.30 p.m.
An appointment must be made for matters relating to passport and civil status. If you have any questions in this context, we are available by phone between 2:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. every day.
Please also note the different visiting times of the visa section!
Outside of our opening times, you can reach the embassy on-call service on + 63-917 867 3000 until midnight (only for urgent emergencies - no visa requests!). On weekends and public holidays, the on-call service is available from 8 a.m.
Visa section - visiting times, telephone numbers
Applications are only accepted at the visa section by prior appointment at the following times:
Monday to Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.,
Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m..
Admission times for other matters such as collecting passports submitted in the visa procedure or submitting documents at a later date
Monday to Thursday from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m..

For telephone information The visa section is available from Monday to Thursday between 2 p.m. and 3 p.m. Please note that due to data protection reasons, no information on the status can be given on the phone. If you have any questions about individual visa cases, you can request a telephone appointment with the responsible person via our e-mail address.
Due to the high number of incoming calls and the associated waiting times and since the telephone connections are often very poor, it is advisable to send your request to us by email.
