Does World of Warcraft have cheats?

Hello dear community.

I have been playing the Starter Edition of World of Warcraft (up to level 20, there is no further EXP) for a while now and I was actually really looking forward to it and would like to continue playing it until 120 or at least further ..

Question: What do I have to buy to have the full-fledged game?

I've seen various offers at MMOGA (of course I don't want to spend 50 euros on them, I don't have that much money at the moment) and wonder if you can't cheat:

World of Warcraft - Key + Playtime MMOGA

https://www.mmoga.de/World-of-Warcraft/WoW-Key-Gamecard/WoW-Key-inklusive-30-Tage-Spielzeit-EU.html

World of Warcraft - Battlechest 5.0 MMOGA

https://www.mmoga.de/World-of-Warcraft/WoW-Key-Gamecard/World-of-Warcraft-Battlechest-50-EU.html

The battlechest says:

  • World of Warcraft original game
  • 30 days of game time for newly created accounts
  • WoW: The Burning Crusade (Addon)
  • WoW: Wrath of the Lich King (Addon)
  • WoW: Cataclysm (Addon)
  • WoW: Mists of Pandaria (Addon)

I assume that if it says original game, then I have full access to the game, UP to level 120 rather (just) 110, is that correct? Because only with Battle for Azeroth did the extra 10 levels come if I'm not mistaken.

And the question: "Newly created accounts" - completely new Battle Net account? I have a Battle.net account and would like to continue playing my lvl 20 characters.

So in the end I want to know how I can continue to play the capped 20 without spending a lot of money. (And without these private servers, please)

Thank you for your answers - Noob at work, sorry.
